Who we are looking for
A strong beta network is small and excellent. We are selecting roughly 15–25 Tutors across the highest-demand subjects, and we would rather leave a seat empty than fill it with the wrong fit.
- Qualified or professionally experienced in your subject
- Two or more years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Confident teaching children online
- Reliable internet and a suitable teaching environment
- Clear, warm communication with children and parents

No. Every application is reviewed manually. You will complete your profile, submit credentials, and add payout details before our team reviews your application. Only approved Tutors are published.
What documents do I need?
Your teaching or professional qualifications and a government-issued ID. Documents are stored privately and are only visible to Kaiweo reviewers, never to parents or other Tutors.
How do I get paid?
Parents pay Kaiweo when they book. Your net earnings are held securely, released after lessons are delivered and reports approved, and paid out to your submitted bank details.
Do I need my own video platform?
No. Lessons run in Kaiweo's hosted online classroom with screen sharing built in.
Will parents see my contact details, or will I see theirs?
No. Kaiweo protects both sides. Bookings, payments, and messages flow through the platform, and parents' private contact details are never exposed to Tutors.
Are students guaranteed?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Kaiweo brings parent demand to a small, carefully selected network, but bookings depend on your subjects, availability, and profile quality.
